What needs to be done is: These pics and vids might already be archived and saved from as We also need to get a quick response team center set up at N.A.S.A. which can take calls from Police departments all over the country Picture this: = A child goes missing - a call is made from Police to N.A.S.A. - for example: if a video showed a car pulling up to the site where Somer Thompson was taken, that car's movements OR IF an archived video was accessed depicting the area where Caylee Anthony's body was dumped and Same with the Michaela Garecht Abduction in Hayward Ca., which recenly came back into the forefront after JayCee Dugard was found alive, This method could have helped as well in the Sandra Cantu Case in California By Using Acrhived photos or videos and following or back tracking through The list goes on and on Again, I repeat: The police could go back in time from the scene of an abduction or ANY crime to see what transpired and where went any suspects went in that time ,font size=4> This system could also be used to monitor our borders __________ Please

I have seen figure of as many as 800,000 abductions and attempted abductions per year
England has under 500 abductions per year
This could be because they have a very sophisticated but costly system of camera on their Thoroughfares
and considerable manpower to monitor it

There would be no question as to who the perpetrators were
AND THE MONEY and time SAVED on manpower for searches and trials would be cut by millions

My method just takes that to another level

I have taken it upon myself to start this effort
I hope you see it can work
and am reaching out to individuals, the media and any other group formed for an individual missing woman or abducted child or any similar causes
For Help in organizing my proposal and giving it some exposure
There are two others near the bottom of this page
which will be sent to other Organizations such as N.A.S.A.
to get them to act
This one will be sent directly To President Obama, YOUR Senators and Congressmen notifying them of our desires
to stop these Crimes Against Children and Women
and the logistics are to impractical and far too costly
to have a camera on every street in the U.S.
BUT
we can have eyes in the sky every minute of every day
On every inch of the U.S.
AND
We have the ability to use satellites to see and monitor the earth day or night
the satellites stay above the same spot and just one can monitor an area as Large as the U.S. and use thier ability to zoom in to amazing detail
and we have spied on Russia since the 60's with these satellites
I remember seeing satellite images during the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962
with low/no light capability
you see online are taken with geodesic satellites
from 22,500 miles above the earth
My proposal is this:
We tell our elected officials we are sick of this
and will not take it anymore
They must require N.A.S.A to refine and if need be develop more sophisticated equiptment
and provide police with vidoes or time lapse pictures
of the areas where crimes were commited, an abduction took place or bodies were
found DAY or Night --- so that The police can review the vids or time lapse pictures
to see what activity there was at ANY crime scene - I repeat ANY crime scene
Child or Woman abduction, Bank Robbery - Murder - Car theft -
- Again ANY crime scene the police feel the need to implement this action --
or backtrack to see where they came from
or they have not been using this ability this for years, they have at least in N.A.S.A. 'S Case
Light clouds present no problems
they need not divulge all the aspects of the logistics
to give the perpetrators something to think about
BUT this method can save lives --- is saving a child or woman worthwhile ??
- with just a few Border Agents
freeing other Border Agents to apprehend illegals viewed / spotted trying to enter the U.S.
I am sure the public would not be so reluctant to fund N.A.S.A. IF they saw they were actually doing something to help us

are in the best position to offer help in organizing the movement to force our Politicians / elected Officials to get N.A.S.A to comply
we could solve THIS problem IF they would just help ??????

if asked to do so by police
far back as early 1970's. and possibly solve many cold crimes too
this center should have the ability to transmit videos or time lapse pictures of the area where a crime has been commited within minutes of getting the call
the video or pics of the area the disappearance took place are sent to the police -
the police view a car and see the child being taken and track the car in the video to where it went next
They dispatch units to that scene and capture the Offrender - and they have saved a life
BEFORE and AFTER could be tracked and if this is done quick enough a life could have been saved.
the video or pictures then revealed a woman getting out of a car and disposing a trash bag - then
that car was tracked to or from the Anthony house - I think
it could be assumed ( maybe even positively identified as her ) that Casey Anthony was the
one in the video.
Again: the police could ask for archived photos and vid, if they exist, from the spot where the abduction
took place and proceed to retrace OR follow the travels of any car seen in the pics back to where it came from or went to

- Kristy Cornwell - The women in Georgia who went Missing in August 2009 --- etc. etc. etc.

by tracking the car to the home of Phillip Garrido, 58, and his wife Nancy, 54
and would take just a few Border Patrol Agents monitoring various areas
To accomplish what the thousands of them are now
having huge problems accomplishing
and plead with them to step it up and
use their power to HELP US put the feet of those in Power to the fire.

A small girl named Beverly Potts was taken Aug 24th 1951 from the Halloran Park area
she was never found
