Cape Coral, FL — May 5, 2010 — Concerned Citizen Bill Tomsick, announced today the
launch of an initiative to raise public awareness and request President Obama
instruct Get NASA and our military to Assist police and help find missing: abducted
children, women, men, solve other Crimes in the United States, through use of the
same satellite surveillance technology which NASA has created for the military decades Ago, this technology
is very sophisticated and should be adapted for use by law enforcement
Agencies nationwide to benefit in tracking the movement of criminals within Seconds
of crimes being reported to where they are IN REAL TIME.
Implementing this method would not only save victims and spare their families the pain
of having to deal with a missing loved one, it would greatly reduce the cost to,
counties, cities and towns who pay for the searches for the over 800,000 Americans
who go missing every Year ( over 2000 people Per day ) - the total for these
searches is conservatively estimated at $9.6 billion dollars.
"By providing real time and archived satellite surveillance photos of the crimes scenes it would allow the police
